Terms & Conditions

Webtara Solutions provides custom software architecture, full-stack web platforms, mobile application engineering, enterprise software (ERP), and performance growth solutions. Specific deliverables, sprint schedules, milestones, and commercial terms are formally defined in an individual Statement of Work (SOW) or written engagement proposal.

Clients agree to provide timely technical access, domain requirements, feedback on sprint reviews, and designated stakeholder approvals. Delays in essential assets or sign-offs may adjust the projected delivery timeline proportionally.

Upon 100% settlement of contracted invoices for the designated project phase, the client retains exclusive ownership of all custom codebase, schema designs, and digital assets created specifically for their platform. Webtara Solutions retains rights to proprietary base modules, reusable utilities, and architectural scaffolding used across engineering practices.

Invoicing occurs in milestone disbursements tied to demonstrable sprint artifacts (e.g., prototype delivery, alpha deployment, production sign-off). Invoices are payable via approved banking methods within stipulated terms.

Both parties agree to treat all business data, technical architecture documents, and trade secrets shared during the engagement as strictly confidential under perpetual non-disclosure obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webtara Solutions' aggregate liability arising out of or related to any project engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific sprint or service in question.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
